Lateral Limited (Pradera, Lateral, we, us and our). Your use of the Site will be subject to these Terms and

invite you to participate in the Funds. The Pradera Funds are categorised as Unregulated Collective Investment
Schemes (“UCIS”) within the definition in section 235 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA),
and as such, they are subject to marketing restrictions. Information relating to the Pradera Funds on this Site is
only directed at Eligible Counterparties and Professional Clients as defined by the FCA. Anyone who falls
outside these categories is unlikely to be eligible to invest in the Pradera Funds.
